Mixologist / Bartender

CHICAS Cuban Cafe in DeLand, FL, is searching for a passionate and skilled Mixologist/Bartender to join our lively team! Located in the heart of DeLand, our restaurant is a cornerstone of the community, offering authentic Cuban cuisine, a welcoming atmosphere, and unforgettable guest experiences.

We’re looking for a professional who can deliver exceptional service while crafting creative and delicious cocktails to complement our menu. If you’re ready to bring energy and expertise behind the bar, we want to hear from you!

Your Role:

  • Prepare and serve beer, wine, craft cocktails, and mixed drinks to our guests with precision and flair.

  • Provide warm, attentive, and engaging service to create a memorable dining and bar experience.

  • Recommend and guide guests through our menu while demonstrating deep knowledge of our food and beverage offerings.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar to ensure seamless operations.

  • Contribute to a fun and inviting atmosphere, making every guest feel like family.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of bartending experience (preferred).

  • Strong mixology skills and knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails.

  • SERVSAFE Certification or equivalent (preferred but not required).

  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
